Ryanai and Hertz partnership

Ryanair claim this is an exclusive partnership offering exlusive rates for FR passengers, by exlusive they obviously mean blatently rip passengers off. Take this example.

I just checked car hire prices through the new link up in the booking process for a flight to Rodez in October. They offered a Corsa for £175 and an Astra for £200. When I ran the same dates, pick up times and location through Hertz direct it offered me the same cars for £157 and £183 respectively.

By exclusive do they mean only Ryanair passengers get ripped of exclusively??

I always get several quotes for hire cars, both direct from the car hire websites and also via links on airlines websites.

It`s surprising the difference you find and it pays to shop around.
