Blank page after online checking

Hello everyone. Hope to find some advice here.
Everything's started while checking, we put all the details and filled in all forms of online checking but after pushing print button a blank page was opened.
Now when i open online chek-in it shows only name and surname, no details and after pushing reprint button it open just blank page.
