It seems this Comunitat Valenciana has completely taken over!

OMG, about 1/10 of the fleet is now fitted with Comunitat Valenciana stickers, and those stickers are very recent, maybe just 2 months old.
They probably pay millions of € to Ryanair.

Not even that! - They've only been added since early-mid December... but they are spreading like wildfire!

I saw one of them yesterday at Edinburgh, but unfortunately it was getting dark and I wasn't able to capture the registration, however, I have a suspiscion it may have been EI-DWD, which would be another to the list!

i bought a airnav radar box lol... then saw this a few month back.. i am gutted.... lol ... ok this is not real time but it is free... i think its only 5 mins out.

actually it's more or less real time, not even 5 minutes, to upset you even more but not all flights are shown on flightradar 24.com anyway, it's very interessting!

Flightradar 24 seems to be real time, perhaps a slight lag. But I am able to confirm air traffic over my house in relation to it tracking over my map area fairly accurately on flightradar.
Sometimes I guess what aircraft based on the noise it makes, manchester have a lot of 757, airbus traffic.

Unfortunately it is unable to pick up turbo props transponders and General Aviation, however it does detect the BAE ATP's on their evening cargo flights.
I've also spotted a german airforce A310 flying over the north sea perhaps to the USA, and various ferry flights from the Boeing field.
If I spot a contrail, I simply log into flightradar24 to determine where it is going, what airline, what plane, how old, how high, how fast, amazing....
Midnight and early morning flights are the most interesting, lots of inbound traffic from the USA as they lose a lot of hours flying east.

EI-DLF still sports "bye bye skyeurope" (seen yesterday at CRL) - although that poor Skyeurope is long gone ...

According to "JP4" (febbraio 2011, page 24), Ryanair have won (over Air Nostrum) the contract offered by the Generalitat Valenciana to promote the region.
For 1,5 million euros, Ryanair will apply the logo "Communitat Valenciana" with the palm-tree on seventy-six (yes, 76 !) of its airplanes flying to Spanish destinations ...
