EDI-Tampere - route continuing?

Does anybody know if the Edinburgh-Tampere route is continuing/ending?

I am wanting to use the route in December, but at the moment the tickets are only on sale up to October, which is odd when you consider Stansted-Tampere tickets for Decemeber are already currently on sale.

Well the Winter Schedule begins 1st November, so it's either not decided yet or it's been cancelled.

Yes thats what i thought, but odd i can't find any announcement about its cancellation, yet other routes are for sale for Dec already.

Um... as a smart lad (and native Finn) I checked the timetables at Tampere-Pirkkala Airport. It seems that Ryanair flights Dec 5(random) to Edinburgh are not scheduled. However, flights to London at the same day are in the system.

cheers mate! I thought that was the case and went with KLM! In actual fact KLM worked out cheaper to get up to Kemi using 3 flights than my usual EDI-TMP flight followed by overnight train.

Real shame that route has been discountinued mind, Ive even thought for a while that Ryanair could make some money out of a winter flight to Rovaniemi in lapland between Nov and Jan.
