Trying to book Canadian Citizen from BCN to TFS Empty Trying to book Canadian Citizen from BCN to TFS

Can anyone please help

I am trying to book a Canadian Citizen from BCN to TFS and I get a message:

IS THE PASSENGER A SPANISH RESIDENT OR DO THEY HAVE A FAMILY EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE.

If I don't click OK and just cancel the message the system lets me go ahead and make the booking.

Does anyone know if you have to be a Spanish Citizen to book and fly on Ryanair from BCN to TFS.

One last question, the airport code BCN that Ryanair fly from is BARCELONA EL PRAT (the international airport with Terminal 1 and 2.

Click cancel, you should be able to make a booking.
BCN is the international airport of Barcelona, El Prat.

You don't have to be a Spanish citizen to fly from Barcelona to Tenerife. If you are, I think that you have special conditions (I am not sure).
At Barcelona El Prat, Ryanair uses the T2 (See "Ryanair destinations" on this forum).

TFS is Tenerife South Airport, TSF is Treviso Smile
Ryanair operates normally at Tenerife Smile
