Praise for Ryanair

Booked flights last year to travel to Tenerife this year, had booked apartment separately and not taken out travel insurance as yet. Husband got bowel cancer this year, were not able to go on holiday. Contacted Ryanair as I thought the only thing we could do was move our flights to next year. However, on production of medical certificate got a full refund immediately. Would definately fly with them again, have nothing but praise for their handling of our situation.
