Q - RESERVED SEATING - possible under MANAGE MY BOOKING ?

I bought a flight In December when reserved seating was not available, only standard Priority Boarding.

I now wish to manage my booking and reserve a seat as I know this facility is available, especially as it is at the same price as priority boarding.

How can I reserve a specific seat using "Manage My Booking", is it even possible ?

I think I might be able to answer my own question here. I called customer services and spoke to an incomprehensible French woman attempting to speak English who told me ...

They can only do this over the phone but I will be charged 10 GBP for the reserved seating each way. This will be added on top of the fee I paid eachway for priority boarding already.

As reserved seating includes priority boarding I can request the the initial "priority boarding" part each way back but only by writing to Customer Services Department, who will refund me the money.
