Wrong direction on flight confirmation Empty Wrong direction on flight confirmation

The flight coinfirmation has just come through and the flights are in the wrong direction! Tried to change it but, as it's for 5 people they're after €500. No-one in the Ryanair office and it's literally just happened in the last hour. Any tips for what I need to do or what Ryanair's response is likely to be? Sure I put the right direction into the search engine.
