Fine, courteous phone service - double booked-got refund

I was making several bookings, and double booked the same route/date/time by mistake. "David" was very helpful on the phone, giving me a refund for the extra one I'd booked.
I had also booked a flight on the wrong month (mar.), and also bought the ticket for the correct month (feb.). and he was very understanding, giving me a refund for that as well.

I am grateful for the invaluable service Ryanair offers, on all fronts!
