Many passengers tell us of their positive customer experiences at the airport, onboard or when calling our contact centers and from this feedback staff members are nominated for a Ryanair Excellence Award.
Every quarter we hold a ceremony to pay tribute to our people who you have recommended as deserving this recognition.
