Yesterday, Michaël O'Leary was interviewed in the German newspaper "Die Zeit" :

He says that, if the price of oil remains at or over 130 dollars, Ryanair will probably make no profit this year (against a profit of 430 millions euros last year).
He is rather pessimistic about the survival of a lot of other LCC : SkyEurope, Clickair, Vueling, Air Berlin ("personnally, I wouldn't buy an Air Berlin ticket this winter"), Wizz Air, Jet2.com, Fly Globespan ...
