Flying with Infant Empty Flying with Infant

Hello, I'm wondering if anybody is able to help me. We are ment to be travelling to Sicily on Thursday with an infant. We have just gone to check-in online and have just realised that the infant was booked with his Grandmother but because of family ill-health the Grandparents are no longer going. So the infant now cant be check-in without his Grandmother going, does anyone know if we can change him to another passenger etc
Be really greatfull with any help that anyone can provide, thanks!

I would suggest calling Ryanair customer services as soon as possible and explain the situation.
