22 May 2013 - Delayed Email Travel Itineraries
Due to a system problem, we are currently experiencing delays to the delivery of email travel itineraries. We are in the process of resending email travel itineraries to all passengers who have booked flights on our website today (22nd May). Please do not make a duplicate reservation, as your email travel itinerary will be delivered shortly.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by this issue and ask that customers refrain from contacting our call centres regarding this issue.
