UK's competition commission preliminary finding.

Extracts :
The UK's Competition Commission has determined in a preliminary finding that Ryanair exerts "material influence" over Aer Lingus via its near-30pc stake in its smaller rival.
The watchdog will now decide on remedies to eliminate that influence, and is almost certain to instruct Ryanair to materially reduce its stake in Aer Lingus.
Competition lawyer Stephen Smith said an appeal by Ryanair to the Competition Appeals Tribunal following such an order could last between six and nine months. Ryanair could subsequently appeal to the UK's Court of Appeal and then possibly to the Supreme Court. Combined, that process would easily drag into 2015.
Ryanair chief executive Michael O'Leary described the preliminary finding from the Competition Commission as "bizarre and manifestly wrong" and confirmed that the airline would appeal the ruling if the watchdog reaffirmed its stance in its final ruling, expected in July.
