Nobody really knows how accurate these figures are... In the time I have flown and that is a lot, I may have had an issue with cabin crews once or twice but for nothing serious, I have never had issues with customer services when I have needed to contact them.
Still it's good to see Ryanair taking the steps in order to improve where they can.
