21.09 I booked and paid two tickets for my friends and I paid by American Express card. The same day the total amount was taken from my account. 7.10 Ryanair company blocked the same amount extra and today 21.10 I went to Alpha bank in Rhodos town to take the money and close the account and I found out that Ryanair blocked this amount (EXTRA, BECAUSE THEY ALREADY TOOK MONEY ONCE ON 21 SEPTEMBER!!) and I can't get it. In two days I'm leaving from Greece to Ukraine and I don't know why this company did such thing. I was trying to call all day, but all the networks are busy all the time. I contacted central head office of Alpha bank in Athens and they told that they are going to check this out. Now I have only two days left in Greece and now I'm full of stress because of this awkward situation. What isthe reason to do this????? Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad
