If anyone can help with this issue, would be fantastic!

I'm currently living in Spain, and am travelling to Gran Canaries for Christmas. I have a British (UK) Passport but I think because I booked the ticket in Spain or something, under my nationality on my boarding pass it has put Spain instead of UK.

Would they get fussy over this matter? Any responses would be great as I fly in 2 weeks

If you were a Spanish national  you would get good discounts, if not book and travel with your British passport as normal.

If you happen to be checked by a gate agent who is sticking to the rule, it can put you in serious trouble.
I have seen a guy denied boarding because his passport didn't match the nationality on his boarding pass.
If I were you, I would endeavour to set it right with the Ryanair Customer service.

Sorry I did not realise you had entered the wrong nationality... like atoutprix advises contact Ryanair asap to correct the matter.
