change of passport. Empty change of passport.

I am flying from Belgium back to my country to change the passport. I have round trip. If I want to check in, it offers to check in automatically to both ways. The problem is that when i will fly back i will have another passport number. How to solve this problem? Shocked

You are offered the possibility to do the check-in for both flights at the same time, but I think it's possible to do the check-in separately for each flight : you'll do the check-in for the return flight after you have got your new passport.
