Stansted-Flight in the early morning

Hello,
I am going to London with a friend in the end of May and we are flying with Ryanair.
Our flight from Stansted back to Berlin leaves on Sunday at 6:25am.
We are planning to take the Stansted Express Train leaving London at 4:10am and arriving at Stansted at 5am.
We are both European citizens,traveling with only carry on and with boarding cards printed at home.
We are young and can run in the airport.
Anybody knows the reliability of that train regarding punctuality? And if 1h25 is enough to clear security and get to the Ryanair gate in time(is the airport busy that early?)? Or we should take a bus and get at the airport earlier?
