I am planning to do the following itinerary:

(Both flights are on the same day)

Malta → Milaan (Bergamo)
FR7325 16:55 19:00

Milaan (Bergamo) → Hamburg (Lübeck)
FR4391 19:40 21:35

Do you think it's possible? (Given that it is Bergamo airport) Or should I look for another option instead?

It is possible but I would not take the risk.
Any delay means you'll loose the connection.
