Teenager Booked as adult

Hi, we seem to have booked our 14 year old as an adult therefore unable to put her correct date of birth on the online check in. Cant seem to get through to customer service via chat or phone. Does anyone know what we can do? I'm hoping worse case scenario is re-issue of boarding card and not name change.

Try to contact via Ryanair Chat, or by calling them.
It's the only solution.
I hope they will allow to re issue the ticket.
