"However, we would recommend that you contact your Travel Insurance
Company regarding any possible claim."

So if you can do use travel insurance, problem is locally no one wants to have anything with ryanair. No travel office or insurance, no one.

I always buy my own travel insurance.. Annual cover is so much cheaper.
