Ryan Be Fair
As ex-worker the lack of respect you get there goes to amazing levels, visit www.ryan-be-fair.org and see the ilegal dismissal done in Rome-Ciampino.
Michael O'Leary was always proud to not have an union and in case of strike fire all the employees and get new ones.
Ryanair is a Flying McDonalds, employees cannot survive longer this unrespect.
Ryanair made a very good improvement related to airline fares (customer view) but not for the workers

Re: Ryan Be Fair
grad - if you like this airline show respect to its workers - you can't even imagine what conditions they have :
- they are underpaid
- they don't have overtime paid
- they need to wear the same uniform for 2-3 years
- they need to listen to all passengers shouting "f..n ryanair"
- they need to clean up a mess people without respect (mainly irish and british) do onboard the aircraft
- their commissions are getting cut as company is "saving on everything"
a little respect please....

Re: Ryan Be Fair
I won't answer on the points I don't know about, not being a Ryanair employee.
But, being rather a heavy Ryanair customer (160 FR flights to date), I can say that I have never heard "all passengers shouting f...n Ryanair", in fact I have never heard a single one saying that.

As this is the Ryanair fan club forum, I imagine most bona fide members do like Ryanair and respect its workers.
In my opinion, this forum here is no place to spread calumny and slander about Ryanair, there are quite a few forums elsewhere who revel in such things and will be happy to welcome them.

Slander? It's only slander if it is not true!!!!!! I still work for ryanair afte 2.5 years and the level of respect given by the majority of pax is UNACCEPTABLE. I have been told to * off, to go * myself, that i am a servant, and most of all the i am a homo just because i am a male cabin crew. WRONG. I am neither gay nor a servant. Simply someone doing their job. And for the record, the WORST passengers are the British and Irish, THE most demanding and egotistical, drunk, rude, RACIST, mean sons of bitches ever

Re: Ryan Be Fair
And you are on a Ryanair FAN CLUB Forum............ because?????????
It seems to me you need to either go else where to moan about your employers customers (i.e. us on here), or be glad we enjoy all your assistance and being there to enable us to fly.
Maybe PPRUNE, will be better for you, unless you have something favourable to say about everything.
You only have to look at my list of UK-Ireland flights and I have NEVER heared anyone go F Ryanair etc.

Re: Ryan Be Fair
I can't believe the amount of this I see going around.
If you work for Ryanair, and don't like the Pay, Benefits and Condition of working at Ryanair, then why are you still working there?
Why don't you go to Personnel, inform them that you are unhappy with the pay, benefits and conditions working there, and that you would like to leave.
They're not going to hand-cuff you and force you to remain in their employ.
I don't want to be in a Union. I'd perfer to be at work doing my job than sitting out on strike.

Re: Ryan Be Fair
Me Being Cabin Crew for 3 years with FR i have never had a pax telling me to f*** off or calling me a homo etc - treat people the way you want to be treated i say! I dont no wat base your in but if its that tuff why stay in a job were you feel you are being slandered. IF it was a case a pax did say that im sure the captian would be more then happy to go down to the pax and have a stern word! At the end of the day we have a job to do and dont deserve it - i find 99.9% of Ryanair Pax are fine! Leaving me very happy in my job!
