See this information by Ryanair.com

How much will I make?
After successfully completing the training course crew receive a payment for every flight taken as well as commission for onboard sales. You can typically expect to earn approximately £1,000/€1,400 per month after tax in your first year
As well as your salary you will also receive a New Joiners Allowance which is £1,000/€1,200 over your first 6 months.
After 12 Months: an EXTRA £250/€325.00 annual allowance for uniforms, ID's and Medicals
After 6 months you may be eligible for a position directly employed with Ryanair and after 12 months you may be eligible for promotion to a Customer Service Supervisor.

Re: Cabin Crew Earnings
Thats is biggest load of rubbish i have evr heard. I am a number one who has been in the company over 2 and a half years. I barely clear 1300 a month if I am lucky. This is after we signed a pay deal guaranteeing us over 24,000 a year and stock options after a year as number one. Well here i am after 1 year as a number one. No stock options and no where near 24k a year. Suprised? You shouldnt be!
