XCR : Paris Vatry (France)

Paris Vatry (Disney) is probably the most misleading airport name of the Ryanair network. Located about 160km from Paris, the airport is in the middle of the fields, between Reims and Troyes, close to the city of Châlons en Champagne.
This airport is suitable for freighter aircrafts, with a 3860m runway (10/28) fitted with an ILS and opened 24 hours a day.
The shuttles are very expensive : 12€ o/w to Châlons, 15€ to Reims, 20€ to Disneyland and 27€ to Paris. The Skavsta flight has a shuttle to Disney/Paris and Châlons/Reims, the Porto flight to Disney and Châlons/Reims and the Marseille flight only to Châlons/Reims.

I took a cheap flight from Marseille to Vatry (only one way) to go to Reims, so it was quite convenient for me, but I don't recommend this airport for people who want to go to Paris or to Disneyland.
