VNO: Vilnius (Lithuania)

My flight lands at 16.35 on Wednesday, August 16. I have got some baggage to reclaim. Is there enough time for me to get on the 17.00 bus for Vilnius (which is the most convenient for me considering the train later) or must I wait for the next bus at 19.50?
Is there another way (comfortable enough for a 25-week expecting mother) to get Vilnius railway station before 18.50 and how much does it cost?
Please, I do need somebody's help!

Can anyone help to get a reliable transport from the Vilnius airport to the old town? I know about the train and buses from the arport website. I am looking for an honest taxi or shared car transfer. How much could it cost? Thank you in advance.
