Hi guys, I really hope you can help me.

I've booked a flight to Tenerife, Spain next week, and have checked in for the outbound flight, but cannot check in for the return flight.

The return flight is Feb 08, and is therefore NOT over 15 days from now.

What else could possibly be wrong?

Usually, in that case, one checks for the outbound and the inbound flights at the same time. Did you refuse that possibility when checking outbound ?
When you "cannot" check, what happens exactly ? Is there a message of error ? What does it say ?
