The book of Siobhan Creaton is indeed excellent - it has already had three different publishings, the original one (2004) and then two with updatings (2005 and 2007).

There is another book about Ryanair :
Alan Ruddock : Michaël O'Leary : a life in full flight - Penguin Ireland, Dublin, 2007 - 440 pages - cover price 14.99 GBP

Despite its title, it mostly tells the Ryanair story, and one doesn't learn much more than what S. Creaton already has told us (in my view).
