Middle name shown on passportbut not boarding pass

Hi,
this is my first post and I have a question concerning online check in, we are taking my daughters friend on holiday with us and after checking in online for the outbound flight I noticed my daughters friend has a middle name (which she never uses) shown on her passport which I did not include in the online check in , will this cause me a problem i.e. will I have to contact Ryanair and ask for a name change? The rest of her details have been entered correctly , first name , last name and D.O.B. also when I check us in for the inbound flight should I include her middle name at this stage? All help would be appreciated as I don't want to be running about daft trying to sort this out at the airport on departure day , and I feelstupid enough as it is thanks in advance,chalky

No need to worry, at the time of booking they ask for the first name and surname, no middle is mentioned.. ive flew many times without the middle name even though it is on my passport.

Middle name not required

Neither the D.O.B. middle name or title are on the boarding pass, just the first and last name and the passport number.

Joanna at the call centre was very nice, and said they only check "the first first name and the last last name". Hoping to the flight gods that it really is true.

I made the same mistake,,, And nearly had kittens,,, I missed my middle name to. And panicked,, Im glad its not just me,,, Thanks to you all,, I shall sleep tonight,,,

I have put my wifes and my own First and Last names on the Itinerary , My question is When I do the online Check in is it Ok to then put the middle names as well or must I change this all before I do the online check in

Hello everyone! I have almost the same problem, the only difference is that my surname is without the ending and I truly do not know how it happened. I am wondering are there any chances that Ryanair will amend my surname applying minimal expenses for this amendment, or I will have to make a full name change for 110Eur charge?

How BIG is the difference ? is it like missing G or E or is it a lot ?
I think you can make three letter mistakes

From my surname Romanovskaja were left only ROMANO, so I think the difference was quite BIG.. However I am glad to inform that the Ryanair amended my surname as it should be, totally for free though it took some time to reach them by phone!

Just got back from yet another perfect Ryanair flight ! they were not bothered about the Middle Names missing ............
