Ryanair Gift/Travel Vouchers

With the recent news "Ryanair launches branded prepaid MasterCard" -

The card purchase fee of £6 will be reimbursed to Ryanair passengers since each cardholder will receive a £6 Ryanair travel voucher. There will be no admin fees on any Ryanair bookings.
Is the voucher not a gift voucher? unsure what category it falls under.

Example
Found a flight £10
£6 travel voucher In hand- can a booking be made along side the prepaid card - £6 voucher then pay £4 on the mastercard.
I dont think this will be possible, if this is the case how can we spend the voucher, maybe our only option is finding a flight for £6 or less.


•If a voucher is partially redeemed the remaining balance is void. Might aswell give your cash away.
