PUSHCHAIR OR BABY BUGGY

Is it really free for a puschchair or baby buggy when you travel with a child (not a baby) 2 1/2 years old because ryanair talks about that only for baby
I phone at the customers'informations and it confirms that's free for each child

I have no (recent) personal experience; all I can say is that I often see parents who come with a young child in a pushchair, leave it at the bottom of the front steps and board with the child.
The handlers put the chair in the hold, and, at destination, the locals handlers place it besides the front steps for the parents to take it and put their child on. It happens often.

That is correct, just don't forget to tell the check-in staff about the pram/buggy so that they put a tag on it.
