Regular Fare vs. No Taxes? Empty Regular Fare vs. No Taxes?

Hi,

Is there any other deference between Regular Fare and No Taxes more than Price?
I'm not a EU citizen, can i take advantage of this option?

The difference is just in the price. As you can see you'll have to pay 101 euro's in taxes for the 08:00 flight. If you select the 'No Taxes' flight, you won't have to pay any taxes. That's all.
