Fined by French court
http://www.insidermedia.com/insider/ireland/99842-ryanair-appeal-67m-french-ruling
Extract :
Ryanair has signalled its intention to appeal in the European courts against a ruling in France, which could cost the company €8m (£6.7m).
The airline was responding to Aix En Provence Court's ruling yesterday (Wednesday, 2 October 2013) that it must pay fines and damages totalling £6.7m.
Most of this figure relates to alleged non-payment of social insurance and state pension contributions in France for Ryanair crews flying in and out of Marseille between 2007 and 2010.
Ryanair indicated that if it was ultimately forced to pay out, the majority of the contributions would be reclaimable from the Irish government.
