I have flown FSX since the beginning and fly with a Ryanair virtual with ivao very realistic.

Do you have the 737NGX PMDG pack? Is it worth getting it?
and how do you set multiplayer?

I use PMDG 747 offline  but standard B738 default when flying for RYR during Multiplayer( pmdg can be tough on frames per second).
multiplayer is through ivao Join IVAO  then   you simply download >> https://www.ivao.aero/softdev/IvAp/IvAp_downl.asp    look for your version mine is   IvAp v2 (for FSX)   use freeflight  and start the programme once fsx has loaded up.
It is like real world  aviation , real flight plans and atc.

I used to play on FSOpen session, ant then with the ip session....
I will try this IVAO to see.
Do they require 100 hours to register in RYR virtual?

zero hours are required to join va's they may leave you on shorter flights for training etc.
