Treviso now open again

Treviso airport (TSF) opened on this 4th of december, after works on the runway and the ILS.
The ILS has been upgraded from I to II - but is not yet licensed as such.
As a result, the old problem of fog remains the same - the first four flights of the opening day had to be diverted because of low visibility !
