If you've bought Airport check-in, you will never get your money back.

Try to log in into the 'Manage my booking' arrea, and add Online check-in.

I'm not sure if it's possible.
Otherwise you can try to call Ryanair.

Did anyone get to the bottom of this issue? I have a booking made 6 months ago with airport check-in (don't ask why!), I'd prefer to book in online as have an early flight and no luggage. Can I add online check-in? How? I'd rather not wait until online check-in opens tyo find out if I can use it anyway.

Any info would be appreciated.
