Carry on luggage.
Hi, we will be flying from Barcelona to Poznan this summer. The carry on luggage size is 55cm x 40cm x 20cm
We have 4 carry on luggages but the they are a little “thicker”.
They are 22, 24, 25 and 27 cm.
How flexible you are to accept them as carry on?
BTW, we have used them several times flying in North America as carry on luggage.
Regards
Robert

Re: Carry on luggage.
Ryanair like most airlines in Europe are very strict on hand luggage dimensions, weights and quantity, and do not take any exceptions. Basically strictly 1 piece of hand luggage per passenger, hand bags, duty free classed as hand luggage. Within 10 kg and not an ounce over. And within the dimensions shown on their FAQ page.
Follow their terms and conditions and you will save yourself a lot of money and prevent another disatisifed/cheated passenger.

But what kind the luggage is 20 cm wide?
With all the respect, I have been flying with various carries in US and I have never seen luggage limit of 20 cm.
I guess you can only take laptop case with you.
Regular carry on luggage are little "thicker" than 20 cm.

No, 20 cm or 23cm is the norm for non long haul airlines. You can definately fit a small laptop with your luggage.I agree it is tight, but I manage to get 1 pair of shoes, light clothing, net book, charger, camcorder, sandwiches etc. Basically the limits fit the dimensions of a small suitcase.
Just read the FAQ bit n the website.

Re: Carry on luggage.
You can buy small size luggage, and Ryan Air 'kindly' sell one on their site. However there are numberous alternatives on the market.
It is a pain, but to get the less expensive flights I think it is worth it.
It would be nicer if Ryan Air followed the other companies with a standardised size.
