How to change from online check in Empty How to change from online check in

We just booked tickets for next month and we've realized we aren't eligible for online check in. Is there a way to change it without calling the expensive pay telephone number? Or can we just show up and check in at the airport and pay the fee there?

Just show up at the airport and pay the fee. People, (especially a friend of mine) forgets to on-line check-in and does this frequently. I'm not sure what airports you will be flying through, but if departing Stansted and you go to the check-in desk, they will check you in fine, but will hold on to your passport and boarding card, until you return with the receipt for the fee paid to check-in at the airport. Although how this currently works with the new check-in kiosks, I'm not too sure.

If you do this, PLEASE ensure you give yourself some extra time than you would normally would in caes of queues.

How to change from online check in Empty Wrong advanced passanger information

Post by 6333t Tue 28 Apr 2009 - 21:56

Hi,

I have a question,
We are traveling with three people from Bremen (Weeze) to Alghero. I didn't know how to book online, so I was testing a bit. I did this with the wrong advanced passanger information. Now I'm checked in, with a incorrect document type, document number, and date of expiry. Could anyone tell me how to revers this? And if not, what is the cheapest way out? I'm really worried.

Thank's in advance

i think you may in trouble, not least because you are travelling from "Bremen (Weeze)" - there is no such airport alas. do you mean Dusseldorf (Weeze) or Bremen? Also once you have checked in with wrong info the only option is to go in person to a check in desk, check in again with correct info and pay the check in fee.

Thanks for your answer

I ment Bremen, by the way. How much is it going to cost , do you think? And another thing, can the other 2 passangers just check in online?

The other 2 passengers should be able to check in on-line as normal, no problem. As I have mentioned in other threads about inputting passport details incorrectly, call Ryanair and explain the circumstances. A genuine error, can be spotted easily by the Customer service staff, and as many people have responded on here, they have done this for free. If it's not an obvious mistake they may charge you. Can't remember the number off hand, but go to www.saynoto0870.com, click search for company and then call the normal international rate phone number.

Good Luck.
