Not sure if this is true but i read-
On 26 and 27 June respectively, Ryanair launched weekly services to Oviedo (OVD) in the northern Spanish province of Asturias from two airports in the Canary Islands; Gran Canaria (LPA) and Tenerife South (TFS). The Spanish carrier Air Europa provides competition on both domestic routes; it offers twice-weekly flights from Gran Canaria, and five weekly from Tenerife Sur. Additionally Ryanair further expanded its presence in East Midlands (EMA) in the UK, as it added twice-weekly flights to Zadar (ZAD) on the central Croatian coast.

Ryanair has applied for takeoff and landing permits in Copenhagen Airport for the winter traffic program beginning on 28 October.
The application includes 34 routes :
Spain
Alicante, Barcelona Girona, Barcelona Reus, Fuerteventura, Jerez de la Frontera, Lanzarote, Madrid, Malaga, Santander, Tenerife and Valencia.
Italy
Bari, Brindisi, Milan-Bergamo, Pisa, Rimini, Rome Ciampino and Treviso-Venice.
France
Paris-Beauvais, Marseille, Montpellier and Nantes.
Britain and Ireland
Edinburgh, Glasgow, Liverpool, Dublin and Shannon.
Finland
Lappeenranta and Tampere
Norway
Haugesund
Germany
Leipzig-Halle
Holland
Eindhoven
Belgium
Brussels Charleroi
Lithuania
Kaunas
Ryanair has previously applied for slots at Copenhagen Airport. Most recently, for the winter traffic program 2010/11, but they were not exploited.
The difference is that Ryanair this time have applied for slots that are adapted to a base operation, so that up to eight aircraft will have to stay overnight at the airport according to the requested dates of operation.
There is a general perception in the industry that Ryanair - like other airlines - and to apply for slots in order to confuse the competition and put pressure on airports in the negotiations.
At Copenhagen Airport, they do not want to comment specifically on Ryanair's application for start and landing permits.
"Ryanair is always welcome at Copenhagen Airport at exactly the same conditions as everyone else. At CPH, we have a dual-airport strategy which means that we CPH Go can offer special terms for low-cost airlines, "says senior communications advisor Lars Lemche from Copenhagen Airport.
"We do not comment on rumors and speculation," says Stephen McNamara, who is communications director at Ryanair.
Airlines must return unused slots within 60 days before the requested start time. This means that Ryanair must decide before the end of August whether they actually use the slots they have requested.

Ryanair has reportedly expressed his desire to launch flights to Tel Aviv, pushing the Israeli government to sign as soon as possible the European open skies agreement.
According to the Haaretz newspaper, 23 July 2012, Ryanair would agree for three years not to open routes between Tel Aviv airport and destinations already served by the Israeli national airline El Al.
Ryanair considers that it could launch up to 40 routes to Israel, to transport 2.2 million passengers a year between the country and Europe. This would mainly be foreign tourists to Israel. Ryanair refutes the idea that such competition would sink El Al.
The "protection" of operations of El Al, Arkia Israel Airlines and Israir Airlines is the main reason why the government has still not signed the open skies agreement while committed in principle.

That "Open skies agreement" has just been signed :
http://www.globes.co.il/serveen/globes/docview.asp?did=1000770159&fid=1725
The Israelian Ministry of Transport believe that implementation of the open skies agreement will begin in a few months, and take several years, in order to give Israeli airlines time to adapt to the new competitive market structure. As part of the gradual implementation, seven weekly flights will be added to all European destinations, and three weekly flights will be added to a limited number of airport hubs, which currently have substantial passenger traffic from Israel and a large number of follow-on destinations.

A conference will be held tomorrow at Budapest. "You are invited to attend a press conference, hosted by Ryanair’s Michael O’Leary [...] on Thursday (30 Aug) [...], to discuss Ryanair’s plans to take over the world - starting with Budapest Airport," the no-frills carrier said in an email.

Number of aircraft based in Budapest raised to 6 this winter, no new routes (well, Frankfurt-Hahn, but that one had been announced earlier). Number of aircraft based in BUD could be increased to 8 next summer.
