I'd say you should start monitoring during June, July and August.
Cheapest options for you will probably be:
Tallinn - Weeze - Tenerife
Tallinn - Bremen - Tenerife
Tallinn - Bergamo - Tenerife

You can check Tallinn - Dublin - Tenerife as well, but I think that will be more expensive then the others.
It's going to be a terribly long journey anyway ;-) Lots of hours in a Ryanair-plane without any space Rolling Eyes
