The very, very lowest fares
Hi people,
My lowest fare I've paid for a returnflight was 20 euro's (Eindhoven-Dublin-Eindhoven)
What I really love to have is a returnflight for less then 10 or something like that
I've seen offers for 3 and 4 euro's, but does somebody have any idea in what time of year those offers are available?
In general: How do you get the absolute lowest fares around? Time of year, airports, destinations?
Tips are very welcome!
Cheers

Re: The very, very lowest fares
It's a long time since I have found a return ticket for less than 12 euros total price ! (from Charleroi).
The best prices, I feel, are available in winter : October, November, first half of December, January, February ...
But there are low priced flights during the whole year - though very few during the main holidays periods like Christmas, Easter, July/August ...
To find these flights, you have to look for them carefully and frequently - and I mean : not only reading the current advertised offer (7 euros or 9 euros, etc) which is sometimes misleading (there may be some flights less expensive than advertised).

£0.02 Return =p
Though I didn't actually go on the flight. Not that many really low fares at the moment. Though I did pay £7 all in one way to Gothenberg

I have flew many for 1pence each way.. covered most of Ireland and England on such low fares .. was a great experience arriving and departing lots of airports for such little money.
England>Spain/Germany/Italy for £3 each way..great times..
My last flight cost me more Liverpool to Faro £12 each way had to get a bank loan
