I have yet to get a confirmation

Hello!

Yesterday, I bought 2 tickets from OPO to London-Stansted for October 2nd. I have not received an email confirmation but I do have the number/code of the reservation. I don't know what to do!

I have tried to search my reservation with the code but appears a message "there's an error".

Is this normal for Ryanair?

this has never happened to me, several times the reservation was interrupted and I didn´t see the final screen. But even then I received an email (10mins max)
When I tried to check the status of my reservation, the "error" message appeared. So I tried another browser and everything was fine.

What I would do is: open another browser/or clear cache, cookies in your current browser and check the status.

I contacted my bank, asking them if Ryanair charged me for the tickets and they said they had no notification of it.

Though, they advised me to use another card for the tickets to prevent double bookings.

from my experience, it may take up to 4 days before money is charged from your card, till then the amount of money is "only" reserved, so check if this hasn´t happend
