Ryanair is being forced to divert flights from two airports in Europe due to runway maintenance work.

Flights to Tours will be transferred to Poitiers for six days in August with coach transfers laid on.

The affected days are August 21-13 and 28-30.

The budget airline is also having to switched from Rome’s Ciampino airport to Fiumicino for nine days – September 24 to October 2.

Flying to FCO with Ryanair will sure be worth the fare !

Ryanair today (20 June) confirmed that Rome Ciampino Airport will close for 9 days in September (from Mon 24 Sept to Tues 2 Oct) for runway maintenance works. Ryanair will temporarily switch all of its Rome flights to Rome Fiumicino Airport.
During this 9 day period all Ryanair passengers should travel to and check-in at Rome’s Fiumicino Airport.
