My son wants to fly to the Lithuania, Kaunas (KUN) from United Kingdom - Stansted (STN), buuuuut he have just 14years.

What I need to do? What forms I have to complete?

If you are planning to buy a ticket for your son - he needs to be 16 years or over to travel alone.

Also you can't get to the gate without a boarding pass which means buying a ticket for somewhere.

Other airlines may have different policies regarding youngsters but Ryanair will not allow your son to travel alone.

wherever you got this information is nonsense "But I heard that I can go with him to the plane, and then I can leave him in plane" it is wrong.
Make sure you understand the rules for any carrier before buying a ticket, if not ask them.
