Hello,
Last june I flew with Ryan Air from Brussel Charleroi to Carcassonne but the flight was cancelled. So I changed my flight (for free) at the Ryan Air office desk to Girona the same evening. Just before boarding that flight was also cancelled Crying or Very sad so I decided to try to change on internet at the airport for next day. I succeed but I have to pay 226 euro Sad Sad , it did, because I was going to see my love Very Happy . Next day I asked at the Ryan Air office desk if the're going to pay me back, they said, 'bien sur madam' and he give me the papers I had to fill in.
I send the papers to Ireland but I don't hear anything from Ryan Air... Today I tried to call, but the number I have to call in Holland told me' this number will cost you 1,75 euro a minute. Sad I don't fly with Ryan Air because I'am rich...

My question; how can I get in contact with Ryan Air without paying 1,75 euro a minute? I can't find any emailadres on the website.

I already send the forms to this adresse, no respons in more than one month.
There is no emailadres?

Why they don't have email? It's much faster and cheaper!

Because if Ryanair had an email address it would be filled with spammy letters from 'unsatisfied' pax who want to release their anger through their PC keyboard. It takes a lot more effort to write a letter and therefore people are discouraged from doing it.

Somebody knows what I can do???
I don't want to pay 1,75 p/m to call(I only have mobile phone)... that's incredible expensive Sad
Is there no other less expensive telephone numbre?

Ruiniar, how many days do's it normally take to get a reply from Ryan air?
