Flight change /refund possible for my other flight?

I received an e-mail from ryanair yesterday that my outbound flight from modlin warsaw - liverpool had changed (by at least 8 hours). The problem is now, my outbound flight to manchester is the same as my departure time back to liverpool.

I booked both single fares in order to allow a day trip to warsaw, rather than stay 4 nights there outside my working hours.

Can I claim a refund for my affected outbound flight from manchester - warsaw modlin? The problem is ryanair didn't allow me to make a flight change, only for a refund or accept the flight change.

Unfortunately you can only claim for each flight/s affected Modlin-Liverpool.

Seems unfair. My change in flight had affected my outbound and I can only change or refund.
